Saxophone Studio
The Kent State saxophone studio features students majoring in a variety of degree areas, including music education, performance, composition, jazz and more. We offer Bachelor of Music, Bachelor of Arts, Undergraduate Minors, and Master of Music degrees.
Music Majors are eligible for scholarships, while Marching Band scholarships are available to students enrolled at Kent State University
Major and chromatic scales—memorized.
Solo—memorization not required. Suggested repertoire is contained in the OMEA contest list.Compositions of equivalent difficulty may be substituted. Accompaniment is not required.
Demonstration of sight reading proficiency.
